Actor Narain has been running his home baking business, Brownie Boys, for over a decade. As the pandemic took its toll on the entertainment industry, Narain now sees his side hustle as a viable income stream. As he pursues his dreams of starting a café, he realises it could require more commitment than he can give. Narain meets other home bakers who have grown beyond the oven in their houses, for advice on the best path forward. Along the way, he tackles a famously complicated confection, macarons, which he wants to add to his burgeoning menu.
