59,250 babies were born in Hong Kong in 1997, the year the city was handed back to China. Now at 23, five people of that handover cohort embark on individual journeys to pursue dreams, love, careers, and a better future for the city they call home. Set amidst key political events in 2020, this is the first in a four-part observational documentary capturing the zeitgeist of the city.
