The annual tomb-sweeping festival or Qing Ming, is an integral part of Chinese tradition, but it looks set to be disrupted once again by the ongoing COVID-19 surge in mainland China. And in Hong Kong, some families are unable to lay their loved ones to rest ahead of the festival due to a recent rise in deaths. Meanwhile in Indonesia, some cemeteries now run the risk of being submerged due to rising seawaters.
