Melvin Lee's life changed when the police recruited him into the Macpherson Boys' Club, set up early 1980s Singapore to help at-risk teenagers. 30 years on, through competitive cycling, he's inspiring youths the same way he was inspired by his mentors from the Singapore Police Force.
