In Indonesia, many dogs are abused or abandoned on the streets with almost no laws to protect them. Heartbroken over how many dogs were on the streets, Susana Somali began to take dogs into her home until she decided to start a dog shelter of her own in 2010. Currently she has 1,500 dogs in her shelter and is dedicating her life to make sure that there are no dogs left on the streets.
