Haiyan and her young family are back in her hometown of Wuhan for the Chinese New Year, but days before the big day, festivities grind to a sudden halt. Wuhan goes into lockdown as a deadly COVID-19 pandemic spreads fear and panic across the city. With roads blocked, trains stopped and flights grounded in what has become China's ground zero, the family must turn to evacuation flights as a way out of the besieged city.
