The creative community has been hit hard with COVID-19 pulling the rug out from under their planned events. How are our artists and entertainers paying their bills and keeping their creative edge when their gigs have dried up, they have no outlet and their audience staying at home? We get eight artists - Musicians Inch Chua and Shabir, photographer Lee Yik Keat, actor/host Munah Bagharib, artist Anthony Chong, among others - to record themselves as they try to stay inspired and creatively productive, even as they juggle their art, family, lack of space and home-based learning with their children. The first of the two-part series serves as a digital diary of a slice of Singapore's creative community, as it reacts to and copes with the effects of the circuit breaker.
