Pork buns, or bao, can be found everywhere in China, but if you’re looking for the best, northern China is the place to go. We went to the northern city of Tianjin, the birthplace of bao, to learn how to make them with a chef whose family has been doing it for over 200 years. This is the final episode of our 13-part series on Chinese food called Eat China.
