Shinsuke Kuwano (Hiroshi Abe) is in his 50's and he is still single. He works as an architect, has a good appearance and earns a nice income. Yet, he is cynical and has strong pride. He has a comfortable single life. One day, he visits Lawyer Madoka Yoshiyama’s (Yo Yoshida) office for consultation.
