We made rice with rendered goose fat and a soup with goose meat and Chinese yam. This video is part of a six-episode collaboration with Dianxi Xiaoge. With over 11 million followers worldwide, Dianxi Xiaoge is known for her cooking videos showcasing the traditional food of Yunnan Province.
