The Forgotten JEWS of ETHIOPIA

I am now exploring a city in the North called Gondar, and little did I know that I'd come across thousands of fellow Jews. As you might know by now, I enjoy connecting with Jewish communities around the world, like I've done in Afghanistan, Yemen, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Philippines among many others -- but this experience has been the most eye-opening because of how alive the Jewish culture is. Some 4,000 Ethiopian Jews are here, studying torah, keeping Shabbat and learning Hebrew. If this is not a fascinating story, then I am not sure what is! Join me as I take you inside the world of the forgotten Jewish tribe of Ethiopia.
