Doreen Garner is a tattoo artist whose work is rooted in celebrating the body through the reclamation of Black History. Doreen's passion for tattooing, Black Excellence, and human anatomy was sparked by the passing of her sister. Since then, she has created a set of Black Panther-inspired Tattoos as a means to foster Black Empowerment and Pride for others. She currently works out of Saved Tattoo in Brooklyn, NY.
